This London is different than our London. During The Great War, a explosion was felt across the world. Not the A-Bomb. No one knows what it was or even where it was, but the waves of pulsating green energy were felt by everyone, no matter where they lived, and the repercussions are still felt to this day through the shivers the roam the streets, pulled from their final resting places to haunt ours.
