Wow, you’ve won me over 100%. I hope you start updating faster! The writing, the art, the story craft…all are totally amazing.

As for who and whom: “whom” is correct when minister Greev uses it, because the sentence is being indirect. “Whom” is incorrect when our hero uses it, because he’s talking about a specific person; he should use “who”.
