Hiatus

So yeah. I love Shiver Bureau, but taking this project means I will be able to skip out on freelance work which will eventually mean I have way more free time in the long run. Which in turn means I can work on Shiver Bureau again.

The problem being that I have to get a lot of the work done on the project before I start seeing money. Don’t worry about me getting scammed, it’s legit. Besides, like I said, it is my own property. I am not working on someone else’s idea.

Also take note, my webhost is closing its doors which means I need to move my website which I will be doing soon. So the website may be down for a few days during the transition.

Thank you for reading, supporting and I hope you’ll enjoy the new project. I’ll get back to Shiver Bureau as soon as I can. I love these characters as much as you do. I already miss them.

Cons are killers. Especially the big ones that are on the other side of the US. I had to create a schedule for myself to start getting back to being productive. So wish me luck in being productive again.

Pickle’s hair is a mess. I hadn’t written up the hair gag in the script just kind of came to me while I was drawing because I kept drawing it up because he was flying around so much and I was like, his hair should stay messed up. I also really like that 4 panel action scene but I still hate coming up with sound effects.

This was one of those “easy” pages. Not too much to draw. These types of page are a great especially when you are cranking out pages. I really needed this after trying to figure out all these car panels. Pickle got really skinny on this page, but I really like it.

This first panel is almost exactly the same as the last panel. I wonder if they will be side by side in the printed book. That could be bad. Again I didn’t realize until I was coloring the page. In one way I think it works because it follows the action from the previous page since we leave Pickle in the air, unresolved, while we follow Oli to the ground. But they are still really close
