Shiver Bureau Files
Pickle is adorable in his photo 😉
This is for readers that want some hidden details and some clues on what’s going on. I tried to keep the writing both brief and informative. I also wrote it without much editing, so if you see examples of my horrible grammar and spelling, please feel free to point them out. I’d be very grateful.
There are going to be 8 pages of these. Personal files for Pickle, Trish, Mr. Todd, and Ethan. There will also be a report file for the events of Volume 1. There will be a Suspect profile for Jacob.
You can consider these canon, I may have to tweak some stuff here and there, but overall this should be pretty much on point with the world I built in my head.
Thanks for reading!
I noticed a potential typing error in the sentence “His attitude has become increasingly flippant with an obsession with his own image seemingly guiding all this decisions.”
I believe that you meant to say HIS decisions not THIS decisions.
Thank you very much!
Well this was REALLY unexpected.
🙂
Did NOT expect to ever see Pickle like that. And somehow it seems to fit. Well done.
I’m one of those who’s trickled over from TWC. Nice job getting so far along on the list. I’m impressed. And thus here.
P.S. to answer your question about DISQUS a couple of pages back, I personally am quite fond of it, it’s always worked well for me. Also helps me keep track of my comments better than anything else I’ve tried. But that’s me.
Loving the comic, thank you for sharing this intriguing take on London and the supernatural.
Hey, thanks for swinging by. There was something that I didn’t quite like about disqus. I felt like it just over complicated it for the casual commenter. I agree though, some of the features would be nice. What I’d really like to do is tie it into the Facebook page, but I think that takes a little bit of coding and I don’t really feel like diving into that. My site is starting to show signs of it’s age though. Like I no longer get email notifications when someone comments, which makes it tricky to reply.
“It’s possible his [HAIR] is beginning to influence his personality”!
Redacted case files are like Mad libs! =D
Hah, awesome! I could totally see it saying that. He gets cool guy hair and all of sudden thinks he is the coolest cat in town.
Grey_Moment is right … it is as though the author has long had the backstory of these characters in mind and wrote them accordingly. Devilishly clever seeming … this perplexing tendency towards good writing and storytelling that treats people as people instead of check the box constructs … most out of step with the age. He even uses pronouns correctly.
We must keep a careful watch and be ready to arrest him on a moment’s notice.
Thank you. I am having a lot of fun with these characters. Just love exploring them.
