I had been thinking about these panels since I wrote them. Trying to figure out in my head how I would lay them out. The one I was really worried about was the swerve. How do you get all the energy of a car going out of control in a static panel? I guess you just use a lot of “noise” with lines and dust and splashing water and dirt and whatever you got.

I think you managed it well, Walter, though I didn’t realize it was an almost-lost-control swerve. I thought he was skidding around a corner, at first. But either way, it looks great – lots of energy. And all those lens flares look terrific.
BTW, what’s the hood ornament? Is that a stylized SB? Cuz it looks like 28.
Thanks! Well at least you saw it as skidding, that is pretty close to a swerve, so I’ll take it 🙂 Yup, that is a backwards S and a B. I didn’t really like the way the forward S looked. So I did it backwards. The symbol doesn’t show up much, so I didn’t think about it too much. But I may just get rid of it altogether once … well, I can’t tell you, that would be a spoiler.
Faster? Oh, right… Gears.
